WAITLIST / PUPPY DEPOSIT POLICY
Non-Refundable Deposit: To get on our waitlist or make a deposit on a currently available puppy, you will need to pay a non-refundable $250 deposit. This amount is deducted from the price of your puppy upon final payment. Non-refundable deposits are standard in the breeding business, but our deposit amount is much lower than average, which means less money lost if something happens before your puppy is born. Non-refundable deposits help breeders avoid losing potential customers due to numerous waitlist drop outs and compensate them for time spent in communications with customers.
Waitlist Entries: Waitlist entries are made according to the date the deposit is received. We have separate waitlists for the most common color variations that our Dams produce. When making a deposit, you will be required to state your color preference so that you are placed on the appropriate waitlist. Wait times usually range from 6 to 18 months, but can be longer, especially for rarer color preferences such as reds and tri-colors.
Pricing Policy: Our current pricing range is subject to change, and being on a waitlist does not guarantee any prices. In order to prevent "Puppy Flipping", we have decided to try to stay as close to the current value of Cavapoo pups nationwide (the prices of reputable breeders), but always try to stay below the average prices to offer value to our customers. If we should need to increase or decrease our price range, all waitlist customers and new customers alike will need to pay the current price for a puppy at the time of birth.
Notifications: If your preferred puppy is born, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you will have 24 hours to choose your puppy from the litter if there is more than one match. We request that you do your best to make your choice within this timeframe, so that customers behind you on the waitlist can also choose their puppies. Once your puppy is chosen, we will start begin the Final Payment/Delivery Set-up process.
Unmatched Puppies: If there are puppies remaining from a litter after all matched puppies have been chosen, we will contact the remaining waitlist customers in order of deposit date, regardless of which waitlist they are on, and they will have an opportunity to purchase or pass on available puppies. If they pass, they will keep their position on the waitlist.
Moving Wait Lists: If you decide at any point after making your initial waitlist deposit that you would like to move to a different wait list, you will be placed at the end of that waitlist, and your effective deposit date will be changed to the new date.
All puppies are $3,000-$4,500.
Final price will be decided when a puppy is offered.
FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY /
PICK-UP ARRANGEMENTS
Final Payment: Final payment (including delivery fees if applicable) are due after puppies health checks from vet. Failure to do this in time will result in forfeiture of your puppy and your deposit.
Delivery / Pick-up: We will do everything in our power to work with you to coordinate any delivery services you may need to get your puppy home safely. If you will be unable to pick up your puppy when they are 8 weeks old, we will discuss available delivery options with you. These options may include delivery by airline flight, vehicle, or 3rd party delivery services, which also include air/ground travel options. We only employ the most trusted third party services to ensure your puppy is never in harm's way. Delivery options or pick-up arrangements must be made prior to final payment. All fees associated with any options chosen will be added to the final payment total.
Changes After Final Payment: Should things change regarding your ability to pick-up or be available to receive delivery of your puppy at the time agreed upon during final payment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate changes. We will work with you to make this process as stress free as possible. Should the changes increase the fees charged, we will require an additional payment to cover the difference. If you decide to cancel a delivery in order to pick up the puppy yourself, we will provide as much of a refund as possible, but be aware that most third party services have partial or non-refundable deposits on their services. If we arranged to fly the puppy to you ourselves, we can issue a refund equal to the refund we receive from the airlines. Airline refund policies differ, but we will always purchase refundable tickets when possible.
We allow our puppies to go home at 8 weeks old. If that timeframe doesn't work for your schedule, please reach out to us. We can keep puppies past the 8 week mark but must add a $20/day boarding fee to the final price of the puppy.
